Five of the previous six league titles have been won by City.
Only Liverpool were able to defeat City and win the title in 2019/2020.
Last year, Arsenal were in a race with City for the Premier League title, but they faded in the last weeks of the season. It would have been their first trophy since 2004.
At the moment, Guardiola’s squad is in second place with 63 points, followed by Liverpool at the top of the league with 61 points.
We were most closely contested with Arsenal previous season, therefore they are already in the league.
Just watch them play. Guardiola told reporters on Friday that whereas Liverpool require at least 90 minutes to win, Arsenal can win games in as little as 25 minutes.
