What You Ought to Do
Working in a dynamic Banking Center is what you can expect as a Personal and Business Banking Team member. In this role, you will assist customers with their regular banking needs by drawing on your expertise in financial services products. Helping customers achieve their financial goals is your primary priority as a customer service representative. This includes responding to inquiries, processing transactions, and proactively referring clients to the appropriate team members.
