Moreover, oversee the dispensary and front desk as part of the pharmacy’s operations, provide direct patient care, and ensure compliance with company policies and the standards of practice set up by the Ontario College of Pharmacists.

Please report to the pharmacy immediately.Particular Duties : Verify that the Pharmacy department follows all company policies, processes, operational standards, and initiatives, as well as those of the Office of Clinical Pharmacy (OCP) and any other regulatory body that governs the practice of pharmacy.

Comply with all obligations as an OCP Designated Manager.Fulfill all dispensary orders and engage in all professional dispensing, patient counseling, and pharmacy service duties.

Carry out all activities described in the enlarged pharmacy practice scope.Deliver pharmaceutical services and support business endeavors.Provide patient treatment in conjunction with other medical experts.

Keep the pharmacy open and closed at all times and oversee the scheduling needs of the pharmacists.Optimize workflow and oversee front-of-house operations by organizing dispensary roles and staff.

Make sure that all paperwork pertaining to the pharmacy is filled out.In charge of the over-the-counter divisionTrack stock levels and minimize losses.

Make sure that the pharmacist is on call at all times by scheduling all of the pharmacy staff.Handle the staff pharmacist or pharmacists and employees who are part of a union.

Handle personnel complaints and problems.Keep tabs on what’s happening in the local market in terms of competition and chances for business growth, and let headquarters know about it.

Meet or exceed the company’s standards for providing outstanding customer service on a consistent basis.Keep the store neat and tidy.

Functions of the cash register.Required Skills: Academic Background: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (four-year University Program).A Credential Ontario College of Pharmacists-registered Part A pharmacist.

Proficient with contemporary PC systems, MS Office applications and pharmaceutical software (Kroll) and qualified in injections and smoking cessation. Registered with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
