A Production Helper’s day is filled with constant change and activity as they work in a bakery. The success of this role depends on the candidate’s ability to pick up new tasks and responsibilities fast and adjust to the many changes that happen during production.
Key Responsibilities (essential functions of the job):

Run the tools for washing trays, stacking trays, unstackering pans, and aligning them.
Maintain the system’s credibility and accreditation in food quality and safety.
Answerable for reporting and resolving food quality and safety concerns as they arise.
Unload and reload the production line’s pans.
Put pans onto and remove them from the assembly line.
Additional responsibilities may be given.
Be sure you adhere to all regulations including GMPs, PHS, FS, HACCP, and SQF. Maintains compliance with the Baldinger Code of Conduct.

Work Experience, Education Level Necessary

Previous expertise in manufacturing and/or baking is an asset.
A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent in work experience is required.
Capable of communicating well in writing and verbally, as well as having capabilities in basic mathematics and calculation.
Work Requirements:
Capable of safely performing:

Alternate between standing, bending, and crouching often.
Consistently raise 50 pounds.
Perform routinely the tasks of pushing and pulling wheeled carts weighing 100-300 pounds.
As per standard operating procedures, sweep, mop, wipe down, and clean machines.

Climb on ladders and steps.
